This means if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of the date you receive your Window SOX® and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for them, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Should your Window SOX® be defective when you receive them we will be happy to either replace them or refund your money, whichever you prefer, provided the goods are returned, along with details of the problem.
Should your Window SOX® develop a fault within 12 months of the date of purchase we will be happy to replace the goods, provided they are returned for examination along with details of the fault.
How to Return an Item

For your protection, when returning goods, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
For security reasons we are only able to refund the person who ordered the goods. Where items were paid for on a debit or credit card the refund will be to the same account.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty.
We will notify you via e-mail or post when we have processed your return. This may take up to three weeks.
