Delivery

We only delivery to UK and Republic of Ireland addresses.

We make every effort to despatch all orders received before 3pm Mon to Fri the same day. Goods ordered after this time may be despatched the next day. We send all items by first class post. If you have any special delivery requirements please telephone us to discuss.

Stock Availability

Every effort is taken to ensure that all stock information within this web site is correct, however occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock or we may sell out faster than planned. If any item becomes unavailable for any reason we will email you to offer to place the item on 'back-order' (subject to its continuing availability) for priority delivery as soon as possible or alternatively, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some items are listed as Special Order. What does this mean?
There are a few models of Window SOX® that are available but which we do not stock. These are models for which there is a very low demand. These items can be obtained by Special Order. Delivery on these items may take up to 28 days. Please phone or email us for details.

How do I order an item that is Temporarily Out of Stock?
Although we replenished our stock levels regularly, on occasions items may become temporarily out of stock. You can either order in the normal way, in which case we would advise you how long we anticipate delivery will be. This could be up to 28 days. Or if you prefer we would be happy to reserve an item for you, advising you when it arrives. Reserved goods will be held for 5 days from when we notify you of their arrival. Please phone or email us to reserve a temporarily out of stock item.

How do I return an item?
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on returning items.

Window SOX® not currently available for my car?
Unfortunately Window SOX® are not currently available for every model of car. We are though adding to the range all the time. Should you like us to make Window SOX® for your model of car please send us details of your car and we'll see what we can do.

Window SOX® not compatible with this vehicle?
Window SOX® cannot be fitted to some types of vehicle such as those with rear sliding doors.
